DESCRIPTION
The usage of the blasting cleaner is based on the use of a mixture of compressed air and baking soda (NaHCO3). The cleaning method can be carried out dry or in a water cover that minimizes dusting of the operator’s working space.
Baking soda (Sodium bicarbonate) gives almost unlimited possibilities when it comes to cleaning delicate elements, where we want to remove an undesirable layer of oxides, soot or dirt without modifying the surface of the cleaned element. In addition, baking soda is neutral to the environment.
Due to its properties, soda, in contrast to e.g. sandblasting, can be carried out on virtually any surface:
- Metal
- Wood
- Glass
- Plastic
- Brick
- Stone
- Concrete
Baking soda is ideal for cleaning surfaces of all types of paints and varnishes, fats, soot, deposits, rust etc..
The design of the blasting cleaner is based on American THOMPSON Schmidt® valves and ensures smooth work with this extremely demanding abrasive. By regulating the flow of abrasive and working pressure, the device can be used for any type of work.
Our offer also includes baking soda of various granulation, ranging from fine to delicate work, to very thick, which is an excellent abrasive for cleaning difficult coatings.
